1. Who we are

QUIPI Skin ("the app") is operated by ARGEVASPEAND, S.L. (NRT L-712670-R), Edifici Ginesta, Planta baixa 4a, El Tarter, AD100 Canillo, Principat d'Andorra, owner of the "Quipi" trademark. Contact: quipi@quipiapp.com. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What QUIPI Skin is (and what it is not)

QUIPI Skin analyses photographs of your skin and of your cosmetic products using artificial intelligence in order to offer you personal care guidance: an indicative analysis, routine suggestions, assessments of your products and tracking of your progress.

The app also lets you submit one-off questions about any area of your skin ("Ask Quipi"); the answers are AI-generated care guidance of the same cosmetic, non-medical nature.

QUIPI Skin is not a medical device and is not a medical service. Its analyses and suggestions are purely cosmetic and indicative in nature, may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. For any condition, lesion or doubt about the health of your skin, consult a dermatologist or another healthcare professional. Never delay or replace a medical consultation because of information from the app.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from within the app.

4. Plans, subscriptions and one-off purchases

The free plan includes an initial facial analysis (skin score, skin type and written summary; product verdicts, ingredients and treatments are shown with Premium), plus the shelf, the daily routine, habits and technique tips.
QUIPI Premium — "Your face" (auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual): full access to your analysis results — product verdicts, ingredients for your skin, recommendations, treatments and your weekly plan — with up to 10 analyses per month (maximum 1 per day), a limit designed around the recommended weekly rhythm.
QUIPI Premium Plus — "Full skin" (auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual): everything in Premium, plus up to 15 consultations per month about any area of your skin through "Ask Quipi".
Single consultations: if you do not have Premium Plus, you may purchase individual "Ask Quipi" consultations as one-off purchases, with no subscription.
Purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled entirely through the App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective conditions. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of your store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
Prices are always shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by country. Usage limits exist to guarantee a sustainable service and may be reasonably adjusted, with advance notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photographs of yourself (or of people who have authorised you to do so), not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to circumvent its security measures or usage limits, and not to scrape, resell or automate access to the service.

6. Content and ownership

Your photographs and your data are yours: you grant us only the licence strictly necessary to process them and provide you with the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The app, its trademark, design and technology are the property of ARGEVASPEAND, S.L. or of its licensors.

7. Product recommendations

References to third-party cosmetic products are AI-generated suggestions for guidance only: they are not paid advertising, we do not guarantee their availability, price or suitability, and the brands mentioned are not affiliated with Quipi unless expressly stated. Always check the composition and suitability of a product before buying or using it, particularly if you have allergies or reactive skin.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the app "as is", with reasonable care but without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of the analyses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you on a mandatory basis by consumer law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; substantial changes will be communicated within the app with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account whenever you wish.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Principat d'Andorra, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence, which shall prevail where they are more favourable to you.
